Quick start of a marketing agency in 14 days
The agency had to leave its previous premises overnight. In 2 weeks we found a ready office at Pawia, checked the contract and organized furniture transport.
CreativeFlow Media agency hit a wall. The owner of their previous townhouse suddenly terminated the contract, giving them only 19 days to take their desks and computers. We found them a new base on Pawia in the time other agents are still sending their first emails.
The challenge
The team consisted of 11 people and worked on three large campaigns simultaneously. They couldn't afford a single day off. Their old premises in the townhouse had power problems, which ended in crashes during video rendering. We were looking for a space of about 120 square meters that already has fiber optics and working air conditioning. The budget was fixed: 8300 PLN net per month for everything, including utilities. In Krakow with such a deadline, it was a race against time.
Our approach
We applied our rule: the office must earn money. Instead of running all over the city, we checked 4 specific locations that we know inside out. We rejected two offices because the owners were reluctant to hand over the keys quickly. We focused on a modern building on Pawia Street. Our team checked the lease agreement in 3 hours, catching a clause for an inflated waste disposal fee. We also negotiated 11 days of so-called rent holidays for them to start.
The solution
We provided a ready space of 124 m². The office was plug-and-play type – the walls were refreshed, and the network sockets checked by a technician. Mondiairelay-suivi took over the contact with the internet provider, which shortened the connection time by a week. We also organized a verified moving crew that transported 14 desks and IT equipment in one Saturday, so that from 9:00 AM on Monday work went as normal.
Results
The agency moved without losing a single man-hour. The new premises is better connected with the station, which is appreciated by clients coming for strategy presentations.
